- Clarifying the scope of the realist synthesis

- Program recruitment

- Program transformation

- Implementation of transformed program

- Report and dissemination

- Capacity building and scaling up

- Evaluation of feasibility of interventions in health care system

- Update the team about new policies

Deliverables  

Yearly meeting (with only decision-makers or with the whole team together) to provide guidance to the researchers; and to learn from the research process about the issues of research and knowledge translation.
